1. About these terms

2. Our content
Text, design, code, the VirgioOne name and logo belong to VirgioOne or its licensors. Do not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
3. Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. A contract exists once we issue a written proposal, you accept it, and any advance payment in it is received.
4. Fees
Fees, schedule and taxes are set out in your proposal. Advertising spend on Meta and Google is paid by you directly to those platforms and is separate from our fees. Payment terms: PAYMENT_TERMS_PLACEHOLDER
5. Ownership
Ad accounts, analytics, domains, hosting and business data set up for you remain yours. On completion we transfer access and, where feasible, documentation.
6. Results
We do not guarantee rankings, reach, lead volumes, conversion rates or revenue. Outcomes depend on your market, offer, pricing, competition, sales process and third-party platform behaviour. We commit to the work described in your proposal and to reporting honestly.
7. Third-party platforms
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions or pricing changes at Meta, Google, WhatsApp, hosting or AI providers, though we will help you respond to them.
8. AI-assisted work
Some deliverables may be produced with AI tools and are reviewed before delivery. AI can produce inaccurate output; we recommend you review factual, legal, medical or financial claims before publication.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the LIABILITY_PERIOD_PLACEHOLDER preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Termination
Either party may end an ongoing engagement with NOTICE_PERIOD_PLACEHOLDER written notice. Fees for work already done remain payable.
11. Governing law
Indian law applies. Courts at JURISDICTION_CITY_PLACEHOLDER have exclusive jurisdiction.
